Starter and Growth are month-to-month by default, with no minimum commitment at signup. Switching to the annual rate is a discounted option once you're actively hiring on the platform. Enterprise runs on an annual contract by default, set in your MSA.
You can add an unlock pack at any time: 50 unlocks for $350, or 100 unlocks for $500.
Yes. Starter and Growth don't support adding extra seats directly. Upgrading to the next tier is how you scale seats, and we'll prorate the difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Annual plans are a 12-month commitment, paid upfront. Monthly plans are month-to-month with no lock-in — pause when you're not hiring and pick back up when you are. Early adopters are grandfathered on their pricing if rates change later.
Unlocks included in your plan reset each billing cycle. Enterprise unlocks are unlimited. Purchased unlock packs are good through the end of your current billing cycle or contract term, whether you're on a monthly plan or an annual one.
